the breakfast was really good with lots of fresh , local products available. the staff was friendly and helpful , always cheerful and ready to assist. i found the beds to be the most comfortable i have ever slept in. i really enjoyed the easy access to public transportation.

the room lacked drawers and shelves in the bathroom , so i had to live out of my suitcase. the absence of sufficient storage was not expected in such a hotel. it was definitely an inconvenience i hope they address soon.

the hotel has superb access to local trams and the metro , allowing for very easy transportation around the area. the location is convenient and calmer , being just outside the most touristy spots. you get the best of both worlds here.

the breakfast buffet was great, with lots of options for both food and drinks. i found public transportation to be easily accessible from the hotel location. their friendliness stood out. the hotel room was VERY clean.

my room had no drawers and no shelves in the bathroom, and this was inconvenient. i expected more storage in a four star hotel. living out of my suitcases was not ideal.
